Minu nimi on Aivar Palandi ja ma olen edukalt areneva ettevõtte Falkenberg Kinnisvara omanik.
Minu teekond kinnisvara valdkonnas algas aastast 2013, mil otsustasin elus kannapöörde teha ja valida oma unistuste amet. Olen varasemalt omandanud kogemusi erinevates kinnisvaraettevõtetes ja läbinud mitmeid koolitusi. Tänu meeldivatele kolleegidele ning ka mentoritele saavutasin märkimisväärse taseme ja professionaalsuse kinnisvara spetsialisti alal, mis ajendas mind looma oma ettevõtet Falkenberg Kinnisvara OÜ, et pakkuda veelgi paremat teenust.
Hetkel tegelen kinnisvara spetsialisti töö kõrvalt igapäevaselt büroo ja tugeva meeskonna arendamisega. Mul on rõõm tõdeda, et tänu meeskonna tublile koostööle oleme suutnud kinnistada ja leida oma klientuuri suurima konkurentsiga kinnisvara turul.
Minu eesmärgiks on pakkuda kliendile peale kvaliteetse teeninduse, tulemusliku hinnaklassi ka suurima väärtuse ehk usalduse. Kuna kinnisvaraturg on pidevas muutuses olen rikastanud kinnisvaramaakleri võimalusi erinevate teenuste osutamisel koostööpartnerite näol.
